(More customer reviews)When you read labels for snack bars, kudos stands out in the areas of calorie count, fat content, fiber content, vitamin D and calcium content, and especially taste and texture. I wonder why shelves are clogged with quaker and special K bars, but kudos can be hard to find. Check the prices, though; offerings on amazon are a bit high.
