(More customer reviews)I eat granola bars quite a bit. They are quick, cheap, easy to carry and taste good. They aren't always the best for you though. So, when you take an old favorite and revamp it to be good for you, I'm all for it. This bar has a pretty good mocha coffee flavor, even though I'm not a big fan of mocha flavor. Add that with the much needed 36% of daily fiber and I think you have a winner. Not to mention only 4g of fat, 7g sugar and 120 calories. Those are some pretty good numbers there. The only thing I would improve is more protein. It rakes in at only 2g. 5g would be much better. All in all though, it's a A+ bar.

(More customer reviews)Live Active bars naturally promote digestive health by containing organisms and live cultures such are found in acidophilus tablets. These bars taste like most granola bars except they also happen to be good for you.
I personally would prefer them to me a smidge less sweet, but since I've started eating live active products (they also make a cheese stick), I've noticed a marked improvement in my digestion.
Highly recommend these to those who are seeking an inner balance in their disgestive process and a tasty snack besides.
