Definitely makes a satisfying substitute for candy or dessert and at 140 calories, it's a "better" choice (maybe not the best, but better) than many sweets. The banana flavor is natural, like dried bananas, not that gross artificial flavoring and the nuts and coconut are completely indulgent tasting. I'd much rather have this bar than some of the more "oaty" kinds with the same calorie and fat content.
