(More customer reviews)We first discovered these at Whole Foods market and liked them immediately. There are quite a few varieties that Freeland makes, but this one is our family's favorite, mostly because of the sprouted buckwheat groats. They are high in protein (8 grams!) and very tasty. Perfect for me while I was pregnant and still great now that I am a nursing mom. Buying them from Amazon garners a big savings as these are pricey for a granola bar.
