(More customer reviews)I have eaten a number of prepared raw snacks, and this one is my favorite. It is much less sweet than any of the others, which I like. The primary ingredients are sprouted seeds, which are sweet and delicious enough for me alone, plus some date, agave and Celtic sea salt for enhancing the flavor. One bar lasts me a long time as I chew it slowly to savor all of the goodness.
I am especially delighted that it is 100% certified organic. I am further delighted that the package includes a statement, "With our new solar production facility in development and our eventual transition towards biodegradable packaging, we are looking forward to becoming an entirely sustainable operation." I hope these projects proceed smoothly!
