(More customer reviews)Delicious, but they made the serving size absurdly tiny so that they could claim: "Calories 120 per serving". I weighed out one serving, and if you could see it, you'd laugh. There are 4 "servings"/480 calories per bag, so this healthy snack is NOT for those looking to shed pounds. But when the first ingredient is cashews, you'd have to expect that. Realistically, I'd say there are about 2 servings per bag. More sweet than salty; IMO, would taste better with a bit more salt. Sodium is 20mg per serving (80mg per bag) for those who are counting.

I highly recommend finishing a bag in one sitting, but if you are unable to consume approximately 720 calories (405 fat calories) of natural goodness like a big boy, you can reseal the bag. These 100% natural snacks are lightly sweet and a little salty as they should be.

Nature Valley bars are a natural source of energy to fuel healthy active lifestyles. One bar has 140 calories. That's not bad for a bar that satisfies our cravings for candy bars. We keep a box of Fruit & Nut bars on hand. When we get ready to leave on a road trip, we take some with us. That way we can travel further without having to stop along the way. Sometimes we grab a bar in the morning when we are in a hurry. They make a good breakfast.
Fruit & Nut Bars contain almonds, raisins, peanuts, and cranberries.
In 1975, Nature Valley created the granola bar category. Since then Nature Valley has continued to set the standard for granola bars.
Now it is possible to buy Nature Valley granola bars in all sorts of flavors, such as Apple Crisp, Strawberry Yogurt, Vanilla Yogurt, Blueberry Yogurt, Mixed Berry, Banana Nut, Oats and Honey, Cinnamon, Maple Brown Sugar, Roasted Almond, and Peanut Butter. We started with Fruit & Nut bars, and so far we have not managed to buy anything else. I suppose we should try other kinds, but Fruit & Nut bars are too good.

Simple, natural ingredients (Dry roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios, evaporated cane sugar, tapioca syrup, blueberry, pomegranate, sea salt, natural flavors). And if it matters (in the 1.25oz bag): 180 calories, 8g net carbs (11 - 3g fiber). Delicious. There's enough in the pack to make for good snack. I was somewhat surprised that the price on Amazon was not cheaper (figured I could do better than the vending machine @ 1.25 per pack. strange.). Guess I've got a good thing going:)
Bottom line: If you want a trail mix that's simple and tasty, this is definitely worth a try.

If you are gluten intolerant, you know what I mean.) Well, this product was absolutely wonderful! I am going to go back and buy a few more packages to tide me over until it becomes available on amazon.com. Very delicious flavor. I highly recommend it and I am a very picky eater.
