They offer a decent amount of nutrition for such a small amount of food and the ingredients are mostly wholesome. Combined with a small amount of milk or other beverage to wash them down, they make a great way to start the day. I also like the sweet, grainy taste and the chewy texture, which is better than some of the crunchy granola bars that can often be a chore to consumer.
